General Liability – State minimum requires $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. 360 covers $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.
Professional Liability – No State minimum requirement. 360 covers $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.
Workers Compensation – Most NEMT companies cover $500,000. 360 covers $1,000,000.
