Insurance

  • Auto – State minimum requires $25,000 per person and $50,000 per accident. 360 covers $1,000,000.

  • Property Damage – State minimum requires $25,000 per accident. 360 covers $1,000,000.

  • General Liability – State minimum requires $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. 360 covers $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.

  • Professional Liability – No State minimum requirement. 360 covers $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.

  • Workers Compensation – Most NEMT companies cover $500,000. 360 covers $1,000,000.

  • Cyber Insurance – No State requirement. 360 covers $1,000,000.


Vehicles

  • All vehicles are ADA compliant, long cut wheelchair and stretcher conversion mini-vans.

  • All vehicles are new (less than four years old).

  • All vehicles include roadside safety triangle and flare kit, 250 piece First Aid kit, fire extinguisher.

  • All vehicles include dual-facing Samsara camera and GPS tracking system.

  • All vehicles have 34-48” ADA compliant width capacity.

  • All vehicles include bottled water and sugar free fruit snacks.

  • All vehicles include facemasks and hospital grade disinfectant is used after every transport.


Drivers

  • Drivers are all employees with $500,000 Work Comp insurance (no independent contractors).

  • Bedside-to-bedside or in-home to doctor-side service.

  • Drivers are paid industry leading average per hour.

  • Drivers are former care givers.

  • Drivers have an average of 2+ years’ experience with 360 Care + Transport.

  • Drivers Are specially trained professionals with certifications that include CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, Passenger Assistance, Defensive Driving, Distracted Driving, and Customer Service.
